The Tomb of Nigâr Hatun is on a terrace below the Mevlevi Lodge and located between the Tomb of Mehmed Bey and Yivli Mosque. It is a small but simple hexagonal tomb made of rubble-stone walls and Turkish-style tile roofing, with a spire and no windows. The building has no openings except a main door within a rectangular frame on the south façade.

The tombstones recorded by A. Tevhid in the Mevlevi Lodge, perhaps lost today, indicate that Nigâr Hatun, the mother of Prince Korkut, was buried in a part of the Mevlevi Lodge that was once used as a tomb. According to the now-lost, three-line large thuluth Arabic inscriptions on the headstone and footstone of the marble sarcophagus located under the wooden receptacle inside the tomb, Nigâr Hâtûn, the daughter of Abdullah Vehbî and mother of Sultan Korkut, died in the month of Ramadan, Hijri 908 (February 1503). As the second benefactor of the Mevlevi Lodge, Sultan Korkut built the tomb for his mother while he was the Beg of the Teke Sanjak between 1502 and 1509. The grave was probably relocated to this tomb at a later date.

Spoliated stone figures and ornaments from the Byzantine Period were found inside the sarcophagus during the recent restorations. These pieces are currently exhibited on the walls around the tomb.
