Since 1996, AKMED has been carrying out various activities in the fields of archaeology, history, art history, ancient languages, architectural history, and related sciences in the historic Kaleiçi district of Antalya. Now, AKMED is bringing together archaeology enthusiasts with ancient cities, archaeological sites, and museums in the Mediterranean region through the privilege of AKMED Excursion. Excursion Date: Saturday, August 12, 2023

Application Deadline: Sunday, July 23, 2023

Application Dates: Applications for the excursion will be accepted starting from Monday, July 3, 2023. The application deadline is Sunday, July 23, 2023. Payments must be made by the end of business hours on Wednesday, July 26, 2023. Timely payment is a prerequisite for registration for the excursion. Accepted participants will be notified via email or phone on Friday, July 28, 2023.

Participation Fee: The participation fee for the excursion is 750 TL per person. This fee will be paid by the participant through the online payment link provided. Registration is confirmed upon payment. Museum and ancient site entrance fees, as well as food and beverage expenses, are the responsibility of the participant. In the event of the program being canceled by AKMED due to force majeure, the fees will be refunded to the owners. No refunds will be provided if the participant does not attend the excursion or leaves early.

Important Note: We recommend participants to have a Museum Pass (MüzeKart). It is advised to wear suitable shoes for the excursion. We kindly request that children under the age of 15 not be brought to the excursion.

Capacity: Limited number of spots available

Meeting Point: On Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 07:45 AM, participants will gather at the AKMED garden located in Kaleiçi, and departure to Myra will take place at 08:00 AM.
