The construction inscription and waqfiyya (Foundation Charter) refer to it as “Darü’s-Süleha” (House of the Righteous, as in devout believers). This east-west oriented, single-story, almost square building dates to the Seljuk Period. It has two iwans, an open courtyard, and an ornate main gate.

The ashlar main gate is on the west façade. Three borders decorated with geometric motifs frame the door on both sides. There are reciprocal cippi topped with capitals decorated with acanthus leaves at the start of the door arch. At the bottom of the stirrups of the arch on either side are small mihrabs with muqarnas delimited by cippi. Above the door is a nine-line inscription in Arabic consisting of two parts in two different scripts. Behind the main gate is an entrance iwan with a pointed vault that leads to a rectangular courtyard. The main iwan opposite the entrance iwan and the lateral iwans east of the courtyard are covered with pointed barrel vaults. The mihrab on the south wall of the main iwan is framed by borders decorated with floral and geometric motifs on the side and the top.
