The square-plan mosque is covered with a single dome supported by two levels of drums. The door with a depressed arch on the north façade is made of stone. The construction date and benefactor of the mosque are recorded on a marble slab just above this door. There are two rectangular window openings on each of the east, west, and south façades. The pointed arch pediments of the windows are decorated with glazed tiles bearing floral motifs.

The minaret of the mosque in its northwest corner has a single balcony. A beveled transition segment above the pulpit transitions to the cylindrical shaft. Further up the minaret are four rows of sawtooth eaves underneath the balcony and beyond, a honeycomb gallery topped with a spire and finial. There are glazed tile panels on the pointed arch pediment of the main door.
